Items discussed were as follows

* Subscriptions and fees are £25 yearly subscription and £3 meeting fees.

* Each committee member will remain in post for 2 years, and then nominations and elections will take place

* It was suggested that the club might like produce a local display of their work .... watch this space for further information.........
